Specialist in communication and press relations, with more than 20 years of experience, Lara graduated in Communication Sciences (specialization in Journalism and Public Relations) from the Autonomous University of Lisbon.



Throughout her professional career she has been linked to consultancy and account management in different strategic areas, having worked on client communication from different areas, namely health, hospitality, consumption, culture and tourism, where she was also involved in implementation projects of various brand activation and branding actions.

The work she has developed in recent years, when she has been more dedicated to health, stands out not only for her direct involvement with scientific societies and patient associations, but also for her experience in media consultancy, integrated disease awareness campaigns and public affairs.
